April 22 marks the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, in this session Mel will explore ways food entrepreneurs can incorporate sustainability to align with their brand, the market and consumer behavior. You’ll learn how to lead with authenticity and consider the impact throughout the value chain. Mel is the Retail Sustainability Manger at Fair Trade USA. She works with retail partners coast to coast as they embark on responsible sourcing journeys and supports manufacturers as they incorporate sustainability into their brands.
